The truth is I do not actually divide foreplay into 3 distinct levels nor do I perform my foreplay activities in such a methodical / regimented sequence. However explaining my foreplay techniques in this manner does help me to describe them in better detail, and hopefully matches the techniques appropriately to the arousal level of my lady. (For example I hope I made my point that I would not begin foreplay by immediately latching onto my lady’s nipple and tickling it with my tongue.)
I hope that you experiment with the techniques I have described here and explore which ones are appropriate for you and your lady, and also at what point in your activities you (both) find them most appropriate. Reading this section was probably a long slow process for you, but hopefully that also reflects that foreplay should be a long slow (but rewarding) process. You studied your lady carefully, and were attentive to her needs by applying foreplay techniques which were appropriate to her build-up then you will be rewarded now.
